CREAMY HAM AND BROCCOLI SHELLS AND CHEESE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1-1/2 cups dry shells pasta
- 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk (any kind)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-1/2 cups chopped ham
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Set a large pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. Add broccoli to boiling water with pasta during last 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside in a colander.
