Snickers Cheesecake Brownies

This delectable brownie is divine! It's filled withSnickers Baking Bites and has a luscious cheesecake filling to die for! Amazing party dessert.

INGREDIENTS

COOKIE DOUGH LAYER:

• 1 cup Land ‘O Lakes unsalted butter softened
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. sea salt
• 3 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour bleached flour toughens baked goods
• 2 10-oz. pkgs. Snickers Baking Bites

CHEESECAKE FILLING:

• 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese softened
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

COOKIE DOUGH LAYER:

1. Mix butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt with an electric mixer until well-mixed.
