BUTTER CRUMB COFFEE CAKE

Ingredients

Cake:
2½ cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
¾ cup softened Butter (cut in 1 tbsp pieces)
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
⅔ cup Buttermilk (or ⅔ cup Milk + 1 tsp White Vinegar)
Filling:
1¼ cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon
Crumb Topping:
1 cup cold Butter (cut in 1 tbsp pieces)
2¼ cup Flour
1½ tbsp Cinnamon
1¾ cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
¼ cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 9x13" baking dish or spray with nonstick spray.
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt in mixer bowl.
