ALMOND JOY CHEESECAKE BARS

INGREDIENTS

• 1 package chocolate ghram cookies(honey maid)
• 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 16 oz cream cheese, room temp
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp coconut extract
• 1/3 cup chopped almonds
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
• 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut + more for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, making sure the edges hang over on the sides.
2. Add the chocolate graham cookies into a food processor or blender and pulse until fine crumbs.
