These oat breakfast bars are vegan, gluten-free and easy to make.

Instructions
1.    Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C (355 degrees F)
2.    Process all the ingredients for the dough in a food processor
3.    Press 3/4 of the dough into a lined 7x7 inch pan. You can use a bigger pan, however, the bars will be less thick
