Ice Cream Sandwich Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 7 ice cream sandwiches (I used the Blue Bunny brand)
- 8oz. Cool Whip or whip cream equivalent
- one candy bar, chopped (I used Twix)
- hot fudge to drizzle
DIRECTIONS
- Line a loaf pan with wax paper.
- Fit one layer of ice cream sandwiches on the bottom (if you use the Blue Bunny brand, the length fits perfectly in a loaf pan and you'll just have to cut one of the sandwiches in half).
